Marmite Shrimp Recipe

This is an easy-to-make yet flavorful Hakka* dish.
Savory, sweet and crispy - a dish that both grandparents and grand kids share the liking for!

Marmite Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
1. medium-large shrimp - 300g

Sauce:
1. marmite - 1 tsp
2. soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
3. oyster sauce - a little
4. sugar - 1 tsp
5. sesame oil - a few drops
6. honey - 1/2 tsp

Method:
1) Fry shrimp in bubbly hot oil until cooked through
2) Remove shrimp from oil and set aside
3) Put all the sauce ingredient together and mix well
4) Reheat the pan/wok and add a little oil
5) Fry shrimp with sauce until the sauce is thicken
6) Set in plate and ready to serve

(Optional) Garnish with cilantro and sliced red chilli pepper. Serve with sliced cucumbers on the side to balance the palate.
