Buffalo Wings Recipe
Ingredients
- chicken wings (cut at joints, discard tips)
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2-4 tbsp hot sauce (depends on how hot you like it)
Method
- season wings with salt
- deep fry at 350 degree
- in another pot, melt butter
- stir in hot sauce to melted butter
- drop in chicken wings to sauce
- stir till wings are coated in sauce
- serve while hot
